Coach German had the team running on all cylinders and the Red Devils saw significant contributions from all 7 players. A deep three from Rafaela Moreno and 11 points from Isla St. Hilaire were first half highlights. West Lafayette carried a 29-16 lead into halftime. Twin Lakes responded in the third quarter to tighten the game. But West Side's defensive pressure was applied in the fourth quarter, giving up only 2 points and resulting in a 41-28 victory. Kourtney Ajayi used her athleticism to pull in 4 rebounds and force 2 steals. Bella Garringer was aggressive with a rebound and 2 steals. Two Red Devils recorded double doubles with St. Hilaire scoring 15 and a dominating 17 rebounds while Lucia Warden Torres had 12 points and 12 rebounds. Meredith Andrew was just off the double double pace with 9 points, 9 rebounds, 3 steals and a handful of blocks. Contributing on both the offensive and defensive ends, Nolla Furry had 2 rebounds, 5 steals and 2 assists. Back to back wins push West Lafayette to 4-4 on the season.
