Wea took care of the basketball and the Red Devils couldn't match their offense, falling by a final of 44-29. Playing from behind most of the night, a bucket from Kourtney Ajayi cut the lead to 4 in the fourth. But that was as close as it got. Isla St. Hilaire paced the offense with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Meredith Andrew was crashing the boards all night with 17 rebounds and 8 points. West Side's Lucia Warden Torres pulled in 7 rebounds. The A team has a 2-2 record on the year. A short handed West Lafayette team saw multiple players logging some extended minutes into the B game. Warden Torres had 4 points and 6 rebounds. Ajayi led all scorers with 10 points and added 5 rebounds and 4 steals. The Red Devils led the entire way with a final score of 16-6. Nolla Furry scored a basket, secured two rebounds and had 3 steals. The undefeated start continues for the B team, moving to 3-0.
