Last night the 7th grade girls battled against Benton Central on the road last night, but came up short of a victory losing 12-36. While the team wasn't rattled by the full-court press, they did have a slow start to their shooting game which kept them behind. The team was finally able to start scoring in the second half, but it was a little too late by the time the shots started falling. Scores for the night were Smosna (5), Clase (3), Mitrione (2), and McDowell (2). The B team also lost to BC 2-14 in 2 quarters. The only scorer for the night was Lee with 2 points. The team faces Wainwright in their final game of the season this Thursday.
