West Lafayette Jr-Sr High School

After a long week of back-to-back games, the Devils final met their first loss. With a strong start to the game, the team was winning 19-14 at the half. A weak second half with low scoring led to the 24 to 35 defeat. Leading scorers for the Devils were Klinge (8), Clase (7), and Miller (7). The B team was also handed their first loss against the Bronchos. Though they continued to battle, they could not pull ahead after the first quarter losing 23 to 33. Leading scorers were Goldberg (9) and Lee (6). Many other players contributed 2 points apiece including Kelley, McCormick, Mitrione, and Whiteaker. The Devils will face Battleground in their next home game on February 6th.
