The 8th grade volleyball team took on Battleground Middle School last night in a fun match-up! The A team won in 2 sets 25-13 and 25-19. Meredith Andrews led the team with 6 aces, 5 kills, and 2 blocks. Tabby Alexander had 1 ace and 3 kills. Emma Cline had 3 blocks, while Lucia Warden Torres, Janice Stahelin, and Isla St. Hilaire all had 1 block a piece. Danni Brown led the team with 4 great digs! The B team won in 3 sets. Scores were 25-20, 22-25, and 15-10. Rowynn Asay led the team with 3 aces, while Addie Mathewson added 2 aces. Theresa Pollard had 2 kills, and Princess Baah added 1 kill and 1 block to help the team. The A team takes on Faith Christian School on Thursday night!
