The Red Devils defense set the tone with a tackle for loss by Ira Dobson and a 55 yard interception returned for a touchdown by Andrew Pfeiffer. Levi Martin added a sack and an interception, followed by a punishing 20 yard return. Haylen Vazquez, Alan Salazar and Connor Owens all contributed with a tackle for a loss. West Side forced another turnover with a kick return fumble caused by a big hit from Chase Zhou and Jack Grove and recovery by Mason Ersland. Oliver Crowell threw a 40 yard touchdown to Pfeiffer in the first quarter followed by a pass to Chase Ostrom for the 2 point conversion. Max Smosna shared time with Crowell at quarterback and lit up the Bulldog secondary with four touchdown passes to Braylon Crisp, Ersland and two to Grove.
