The Red Devils defeated the Frontier Falcons 10-1 on Tuesday night. Frontier jumped out to an early lead after a lead off single that would eventually score, but WL didn’t take long to take the lead, scoring 2 in the bottom of the first. Izzy Ascarelli went 5 innings to earn the W in the circle with 8 Ks and allowing only 3 hits. Dani Rawles threw 2 innings of scoreless relief. The Devil offense continue to roll with five athletes tallying 2 hits a piece. Rawles, Adrianne Tolen, Emma Orr, Kiersten Penquite, and Ellie Wilcoxson all had 2 hits on the night, Penquite also tallying 3 RBI. Allison Creech continued to cause trouble at the plate with two hard hit balls that caused Falcon errors. The Devils return to action Wednesday 4/19 for a home game vs Central Catholic.
