Girls Score: Red Devils 229, Mavericks 525 The Red Devil JV women wrapped up their regular season on a high note by traveling to McCutcheon and participating in the JV Finale Invitational. The Red Devils had many strong performances throughout the day with PRs set by many swimmers. Sehr Siddiqui and Alexandra Ying (her first time swimming the event) went 1-2 in 100 fly for the highest points earned in a single event for the West Side. Mihika Gagare set PRs in both of her individual events for the day (200 and 100 freestyle). Other notable PRs were swum by sophomore Sophia Vlachos (500 freestyle) and Alexandra Ying (100 breaststroke). Many JV swimmers will join with the varsity squad to swim in the Sectional Championships (prelims 2/2 and finals 2/4) at our home WL pool this week.
