Girls Score: 320.5 for 2nd Place An outstanding week it was for the Red Devil girls as they competed with 9 other teams in the Hoosier Conference. Many of the athletes competing achieved personal bests at a time of the season when they're working extra hard to make certain they are prepared for the State Tournament. In the next few weeks, the Red Devil girls will have the opportunity to install final preparations, rest a bit more than usual, and then celebrate a season of earned successes. For this conference meet relay teams to place in the top three were the 200 Medley Relay (2nd place) of Chloe Chen, Lily Baumgardner, Laura Antalis, and Isabel Owens as well as the 400 Freestyle Relay (3rd) of Laura Antalis, Chloe Chen, Madeline Umulis, Lily Baumgardner. Other individual swims earning high honors were: Chloe Chen - 3rd in 200 Freestyle, Laura Antalis - 4th in 200 Freestyle, Lily Baumgardner - 3rd in 200 Individual Medley, Sophia Ying - 3rd in 200 Individual Medley, Laura Antalis - 4th in 100 Butterfly, Chloe Chen - 2nd in 100 Freestyle, Madeline Umulis - 3rd in 500 Freestyle, Isabel Owens - 4th in 100 Backstroke, Lily Baumgardner - 4th in 100 Breaststroke, Mei Kihara - 5th in 100 Breaststroke.
