Boys Score: Red Devils 106, Bronchos 76 Red Devils boys had a great beginning of 2023 with a victory over the cross-town-competitors at Lafayette Jefferson. Several team members tried their hand at some new events and surprised themselves with how strong they are. In all, the Red Devils earned victories in 9 of 12 events with the following individuals taking the top spot in their events: Ray Li (200 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle), Landon VanMatre (200 Individual Medley, 100 Freestyle), Lucas Arnaldo (50 Freestyle), and Ryan Knipp (100 Butterfly). Just like the Red Devils girls, these boys are prepared for a strong performance at this week’s Conference Championships with diving beginning the action on Thursday at Richard Wachs Aquatic Center and then Swimming taking front stage on Saturday at Purdue’s Burke Aquatic Center. They look forward to a loud crowd this week!
