At the WCJC meet, the boys track & field team took first place and the girls came in second to Rensselaer. On the boys side, Mason Wright was a winner of four events - 200 M Dash, 110 Hurdles, Long Jump and the 4x400 Relay. He broke his own school record in the Long Jump with a jump of 19'10". Ehan Qazi won the 800 M and 1600 M Runs and was on the winning 4x400 Relay, which also consisted of Alvin Ajayi and Andrew Pfeiffer. For the girls, Amaya St. Hilaire won the 100M Dash, Sinceritie Love the 100 M Hurdles, and Annah Stenberg was first in the 400 M Dash. The 4 x 400 Relay of St. Hilaire, Stenberg, Aubrey Kalb and Mikayla Cohen took first. The team has a final meet Saturday 5/12 at Tecumseh before their State Meet on 5/19.
