West Lafayette Jr-Sr High School

On the final game of the regular season, defense was the dominant factor in West Lafayette’s win over McCutcheon, 56-28. The Red Devils turned the Mavs over 27 times, led by Sarah Werth with five steals, while Adrianne Tolen and Izzy Ascarelli had four apiece. The Devils also dominated the boards led by Bree Johnson with 10. Leading scorers were Werth with 19, Tolen with 10 and Vivian Huston with nine points. The Devils open sectional play Tuesday (1/30) at Twin Lakes against Frankfort at 7pm.
