West Lafayette Jr-Sr High School

The 7th grade boys basketball team won both games against Central Catholic. In the A game, West Lafayette went off offensively as Ryan Budzynski and Andrew Pfeiffer scored 13 points each in the first half with a half time score of 39 to 14. 7 players scored in the game with the final score of 57 to 21. In the B game, Central Catholic led 21 to 10 going into half time. West Lafayette went on a 12 to 4 run in the 3rd quarter and finally took the lead in the last minute of the 4th quarter with a Max Barash layup. Gio Pacheco sealed the victory by making 2 free throws in the last seconds of the game. In his first game returning from injury, Levi Martin led the team with 12 points. The final score of the B game was 34 to 31.
