West Lafayette Swim & Dive overpowered the Frankfort Hot Dogs on November 30 in the Frankfort pool. On the road, WL had strong numbers and even stronger performances throughout the evening winning 12 out of 12 events for the evening, with 1-2 finish and 1-2-3 sweeps in several events. The Red Devils were led by the following athletes in a clean sweep of event wins: 200 Medley Relay – Madeline Umulis (JR), Mei Kihara (SO), Isabel Owens (JR), Chloe Chen (JR) 200 Freestyle – Lina Idrissi Alami (SR, Captain) 200 IM - Laurie Antalis (SR, Captain) 50 Freestyle – Chen Diving – Kynlee Dunbar (SO) 100 Butterfly – Chen 100 Freestyle – Idrissi Alami 500 Freestyle – Umulis 200 Free Relay – Chen, Idrissi Alami, Umulis, Antalis 100 Back – Owens 100 Breast – Kihara 400 Free Relay – Tara Kim (FR), Umulis, Antalis, Owens Exciting performances of the evening included new lifetime bests by Sophia Vlachos (200 Free), Mihika Gagare (200 IM), and Alexandra Ying (100 Backstroke).
