West Lafayette Jr-Sr High School

The 7th grade boys basketball teams started the season off with 2 wins against Southwestern. In the A game, Andrew Pfeiffer led the team with 16 points and Ryan Budzynski followed with 14 points. The A team played solid defense in the first half and led 29 to 5. Eight players scored in the game with the final score of 51 to 20. In the B game, Jacob Kattupalli led the team with 8 points. A great all around effort in the first quarter, the B team led 20 to 1 after the 1st quarter and 30 to 4 at half time. The B team also had 8 players in the scoring column in the victory with the score of 36 to 14. The 7th grade teams play again on Thursday at home against Tecumseh.
