🏐 8TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL GAME WEEK RECAP 🏐 It was a busy and exciting week for WL 8th Grade Volleyball! TUESDAY @ EAST TIPP The girls battled hard in a tough match against East Tipp. Our A Team fought through three sets, winning the second set 25-14 before ultimately falling 22-25, 25-14, 6-15. Our B Team also battled hard in a competitive two-set match, 25-25, 25-27. While the results weren’t what we wanted, the girls continued to fight and compete. We saw some areas we need to improve, especially defensively, and we’re excited to keep working and growing together! Game Ball went to Bethany Kaverman for her effort on the front line! TONIGHT VS. CENTRAL CATHOLIC WHAT. A. MATCH! 🔥 Both our A Team and B Team came away with 3-set victories in an incredibly close battle from start to finish! Every set was competitive, and the girls showed tremendous fight, determination, and teamwork when it mattered most. ⭐ A Team: 19-25, 25-22, 15-14 ⭐ B Team: 25-24, 25-21, 15-13 These girls never gave up, continued to battle for every point, and trusted each other through some very tight moments. What a great way to bounce back and show the growth and resilience this team is building! ❤️ Game ball went to Chloe Zhang for her extremely hard work in the front row for the first time and her beautiful passes to help her team get the victory. We’ll be back at it Monday, September 14, at HOME vs. Klondike! Come out and support our Red Devils! RDP!
