The boys cross country team won the 2023 City-County championship 36-45 over the host Raiders. Junior Ryan Miloudi claimed the individual title with an impressive 16:20. Senior Albert Rajwa appears to be returning to form with a fifth place finish. Mr. Consistency (sophomore Zach Johnson) put together another solid effort to finish seventh. Junior Jack Chandler recorded a massive 30+ second personal best to earn tenth. Freshman Luca Reynolds moved up throughout the race to finish 13th and was the top freshman in the race. While narrowly missing both a PR and a ribbon, junior Lincoln Miller put to use a great summer of work to finish 16th. Freshman Ryan Kelley shaved off another 29 seconds to earn 41st as the seventh Red Devil across the finish line. The boys are back in action on Saturday morning at the Brownsburg Invitational. This will be the team's first look at the 2023 IHSAA Regional course and a handful of the teams competing for a trip to the IHSAA State Finals in October. Full results attached.
