West Lafayette wins big over sectional opponent Kankakee Valley, defeating the Kougars 8-0. The red devil offense had six goal scorers, led by Lauren Kovich and Sarah Werth who each scored two. Anna Lasater, Malavika Sujith, Vivian Huston, and Lauren Pedley all scored in the match. Vivian Huston added 2 assists to go with her goal. Pedley, Kovich, and Sujith each tallied an assist. Senior goal keeper Adrianne Tolen earned the clean sheet in 30 minutes of action, with junior Bree Johnson closing out the shutout in goal.
