The Girl's wrestling team competed at the Purdue Polytechnic tournament this past Saturday and finshed16th out of 36 as a team despite only having two competitors. Macy Fordyce went 4-0 on the day and for the second consecutive week stood on top of the podium finishing 1st with three pins falls in and a technical fall (16-1) in the Championship match. She stays undefeated on the year and also received 6th place preseason stake ranking. Cam Wallace had her season debut, going 5-1 on the day with 5 pin falls and and a :27 pin for 3rd place. The team is off to a great start and will be competing at Clinton Prairie next week.
